Zack was awesome! I used him to unload the truck into a storage unit. He confirmed the appointment and was there early even on a Sunday morning. It was hard to find people to even work on Sunday. I will be using him again to get me moved into a house.

I would not recommend this team again. They did not blanket wrap any of the furniture nor the artwork as I specifically asked. They also did not tie anything down as I had also asked and explained that I would be traveling 2200 miles over mountains. It was frustrating while I was driving because I kept hearing things banging around when making turns. There was damage to several pieces of furniture because it wasn’t secured nor wrapped. I had rented 24 blankets for the trip and none were used. Every time I asked the guys to please wrap things or inquired about tieing things down the lead guy just kept saying - I know what I’m doing - and - I been doing this for 16 years. They only worked for 1 and a half hours but I was charged for the full 3 hours. Therefore they had plenty of time to properly wrap and secure my stuff.
