I was told their arrival time, 1030am, was good, was confirmed, however 1st worker was over an hour late, & second worker was later than that with no contact letting me know they would be late not when I could expect them. The entire time I was told they were running out of time & couldn’t get it done. They had NO DOLLY ?!?! that would have helped wth time it took! They loaded half of the 26 ft truck & my son & I were left to fill up the other half. The boxes they stuffed in front,upper portion of truck, fell down ito bottom when unloading & all of their contents fell out onto bottom of truck !!??. Needless to say, it was a terrible situation that added a lot of extra time to deal with that shouldn’t have been a lot of time & extra entergy to deal wth. These 2 guys CLEARLY did not want to be here & had other things they wanted to do more!
