10 out of 10 experience. Owner made contact 3 days prior to the load-out, confirmed his team would be here. Team arrived early with their own equipment. They started work on time and worked at pace for the whole time in spite of heat and how much stuff my family has (Sorry guys!). Notified me when they could not finish on time to allow me to choose what the next step would be - and their delay was 100 percent due to my family having more goods than would fit in the UHaul. They packed the truck full and safely. They added time to fill up the trailer I added to my order, and finished when the job was done. The owner (Shane) came and inspected the work and made sure we were happy with what was going on - including assisting me with making the add-on trailer into my driveway to get more goods loaded. Great experience. Completely recommend. Would do business again.

I hired 2 men to help me load my two bedroom apartment into a uhaul within 2 hours. The men who came were very nice. However, one of them played on his phone, stood around, and chatted for about 1 hour and the other guy very slowly loaded the truck. They were also not good at loading my furniture in a way that would protect it from damage. They placed a wooden table on top of my leather couch and scratched it to pieces. My 68 year old father and I did more work than the 2 movers I hired. Because they were so slow and unwilling to work, they didn’t get everything loaded during the 2 hour time frame. They wanted to stay and bill me for a 3rd hour but I chose to let them go because they were not willing to work. They just wanted to drag out the time. Very disappointed.
