Busy Bodies

Extremely unprofessional. I hired 2 movers for 3 hours. They showed up with a woman and a baby. Not even 15 minutes into unloading the truck. The older man was taking a smoke break. I told them that I was paying for three hours and I expected to get three hours worth of work out of them, and I did not include any breaks. He continued to just sit down and smoke and be on his phone while the young man did 90 percent of the work and because of this, it took 4 hours to unload when it should have only taken them 2. the woman left to go get them food and they stopped to eat when it was first thing in the morning and they should have ate before they came. They did not follow instructions on where I needed things put and so now I have to try and figure out how to get these heavy items where I need them when I have a bad back and can’t do it and that’s why hired them in the first place. Also an expensive metal chefs prep table.

1. The moving help did NOT know how to properly load a 26' truck! Forcing me to have to rent a 12' trailer to move all my belongings. 2. One helper had to be sent home because she was CLEARLY under the influence of an illegal substance! 3. The helpers did not use the moving blankets I provided, and many items were scratched, gouged, or dirty because they were not protected by the moving blankets, as requested. 4. I have several missing items.... 4. The loaders worked slow, requiring me to pay for additional loading time. I would NOT recommend these unprofessional loaders!

Mike was wonderful but Dante was unprofessional and even personally offensive at times. The move was completed but I would not use them again or recommend them to single women! Very awkward.
