The two young guys were very nice and cooperative. They struggled a bit with organizing the furniture load, but they were able to resolve the issues successfully in the end. They were very respectful and protective of the items so we appreciated their efforts even in the heat!

They sent 2 cool kids, and they were great. They did what was expected of them without much hassle. Top notch, I would highly recommend them. Please give them your business, they deserve it. P.S. - I did tip them in person individually, and shared a bunch of Belgian Chocolates for them and their families.

The two movers were polite, courteous and did their best. Because it was so hot outside, and I have a son their age, I gave them each a $20 tip just for their efforts. However, the overall job was that of amateurs. They were unable to remove my sleeper sofa from the living room, and dropped it while attempting to move it. The inside of the sofa frame was broken. Due to time constraints and the way the truck was loaded, I was unable to load the sofa onto the truck, and to be clear to move from my apartment by a set time on this day. The sofa which was purchased less than 3 years ago cost about $1200 and a complete loss. Upon arrival to my destination over 500 miles away, due to poor packing and shifting, my 55 inch Samsung TV was damaged- also a complete loss. I informed the owner and sent pictures as this was going on. He did not offer an apology. He actually, requested that I pay them for staying longer because one of the guys had another moving appointment. No resolve 2day

I felt the moves couldn't finish the job before they arrived. I was told I needed another mover before they came, and they did everything they could to prove that I needed more people and that they couldn't get the job done.
