We asked for help from Americas Pro Moving. They did not contact me prior to moving, I had to contact them to confirm the day and time the movers would be there. They showed up on time, however it appeared that one of the movers was injured. This did not help with making the loading and unloading very quick. They damaged the walls and handrails on the house we are renting while moving things upstairs. In addition, they dropped my tool box and damaged it. We are thankful for their help, but wish it would have been a little better.

I used the loading and unloading service by Americas Pro Moving on August 8th 2024. Scheduling with was very difficult. It took me one week of everyday calls and messages to get in touch with them for scheduling and finalizing the date of unload. The helpers while moving the Sofa damaged the bottom layer. It has a huge hole now and all the material filled inside is coming out. I had informed the helpers of the damage during the move as well. I have been trying to reach the service provider for the reimbursement of damages but they have been unresponsive.
