Two very polite young gentlemen, one was fully deaf & the other was hard of hearing, but they both sign languaged very specific instructions from me to eat each other very well. They didn’t bring a dolly, which is what I expect from a moving company to bring themselves, even though they preferred not to. It’s just safer & less energy, & more time spent carrying, but they came in their personal small vehicle so I understand. Still worked very well on a budget & very professional. Nice dudes, happy to support them & definitely earned a tip. Customer support through text was very quick & responsive as well, which made me feel at ease out-of-state & assured they would show up. Communicated well via text the hours leading up as well. Came prepared with their own water. Unloaded an 15ft U-Haul in about hour & half while also maneuvering an heavy duty 225 pound treadmill in that time. Re-folded moving blankets & gathered the tie downs & trash. Excellent job. Angel and Sebastian were outstanding gentleman. Both professional, respectful and quick. They were considerate when handling any item and aware of the surroundings.
