The movers arrived earlier than they said, which is a plus in my book. They got right to work, stayed focused, and got everything in the truck within the expected time. They chose some odd ways to load, and did load the heaviest item as I wanted (rather than their way) and everything got to the destination without damage.

The lead person was rude and didn't like taking instructions from me. He caught an attitude when I told him to wrap my furniture up to ensure that it wouldn't get scathed. The workers were lazy and were not moving swiftly.
