They had a bad attitude and were rude, I was confused about the job, I thought they were to load and unload, as both sets of laborers were named Johnny, and Jonny Vet threatened not to load the truck when I became a little upset at the confusion, they damaged my cherrywood furniture, packed badly, dropped boxes, terrible people, I will never use them again. They don't deserve a tip, they should pay me for the damage

My experience with this company had good and frustrating aspects. Overall, they got the job done and for that I am grateful. I also didn't have everything packed as well as I could have, so I am appreciative that they worked with me on that. My initial contact with Johnny was frustrating because they will not agree to an arrival time, but instead an hour leeway of arrival time - this is problematic for so many reasons, especially if you have a rental truck due back at a certain time. They need to simply have an arrival time and honor it, like a professional company should, barring valid emergencies. I was also frustrated with one of the employees continuing to say how forgetful he was, leaving the dolly and carrying things and he ran into a wall at some point. I also had to move several items to a correct location, after mentioning many times where everything was supposed to go. His attitude and demeanor was fantastic though and I appreciate his small talk & friendliness. I am grateful
