They left two boxes after I already discussed with them that those were the last few boxes to get. They only helped me for 15 minutes out of the required two hours, but they kept rushing me for no reason. The lead mover told me that they were not gonna move more boxes, but they had only moved five boxes and a TV and it had only been three minutes and I had already agreed with him that he was gonna get the two boxes from upstairs. I thought that was very rude. Especially since I had to drive back-and-forth from the storage myself because of the left behind items which took up an extra two or three hours of my day exclamation he was just reading my mind because I was thinking to myself that nobody wanted to move my stuff with me. They also kept checking what I was doing, even though they had boxes which I thought was childish and unprofessional, and just reading my mind and pretending to be in my house with me. They did show up on time and they were the most affordable.

Cristy was great at making sure everything was packed in our Ubox containers quickly and efficiently. She genuinely cared about the safety of our items and even insisted certain pieces were wrapped in moving pads that I thought would be fine. Would hire from her company again.

They abandoned the job because they didn’t know how to load the truck. This company is not a moving company. They don’t know how to protect furniture. Everything was thrown into rooms. My white couch was not protected and is completely filthy. They damaged 7 pieces of furniture. They broke items. After they showed up to my new house the owner demanded more money. They said it would take 2 hours to offload and it didn’t. When I formed her of the damages she pulled her guys off. Mind you, the ‘movers’ didn’t speak any English. The only left when they arrived to my new house. My husband was out of town for the weekend so I had no help. I had to find people to help me finish the move and I had to pay others for their time. THIS IS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Hands down the beat experience with a moving company ever. They stayed in communication all the way through the day of our move. The movers were incredible, fast and efficient. They were careful with all of our stuff and made our move so much easier. 10 out of 10 would definitely hire again!
