Only 1 out of the 2 helpers showed up for the job even though they showed as available to book a minimum of two helpers on the website. My dad, myself, and a friend had to help do most of the work since Melvin was only one person and we were 3. I’m 8 mo pregnant and did not want to do so much work myself or have my dad doing any heavy lifting, which was the whole point of paying for 2 moving helpers. I’ve submitted a request to have at least 50 percent of the service fee refunded since only 50 percent help was provided but have had no luck reaching the person in charge of the refund. I’ll continue to dispute until the issue is resolved but hopefully it’s soon.
