Concrete Moving

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company, specifically with he owner, Dontay Bell. Not only did his movers cause material damage to my high-value furniture, but the Dontay showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Instead of addressing the damage caused by his movers, he immediately shifted all responsibility onto me, stating that any damage caused by his team would only be covered if I had purchased separate insurance, which I did. It was shocking to hear the owner essentially say that regardless of the damage his movers caused, he would not take any responsibility and that I should have purchased my own insurance to cover their mistakes. This approach is not only unprofessional but demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects their belongings to be treated with care or who values working with a responsible and reputable business owner.

Dontay and his crew were amazing! Loaded everything really well and fast, and were able to extend their time by an hour when we needed to quick order another UHaul Box. They were super patient and helpful, could not have done it without them.

Ended up only having one mover his name was Je’an, he did a great job, worked so hard. I believe he should get the full amount since he did all the work. If I got him again I would use the same company.
