I would have given five stars all across the board if it had not been for the limbo I was left in after submitting the request. I did not hear from the company for almost three and a half hours. I did explain to them that they need to reach out when they receive information of a new customer, you need to do this to give a warm fuzzy. You can't leave your customers in limbo. Especially during the time of a move which is very stressful.

Ken is some kind of magician. He was able to load all of my stuff in about 3.25 hours by himself. I couldn’t believe it but he filled in at the last minute when my movers bailed and got it all packed up.
