I would rate the guys 6 stars if that was an option. They were flexible when I had to change the start time and professional all the way through. The help they provided was to unload our furniture from the truck, bringing it into the house we just remodeled. Our bedroom furniture in particular is bulky and heavy going into a room with brand-new, light-colored carpet. The guys had to stop to put on booties with every piece they carried in. They did so without hesitation; very respectful and that's how they treated everything (very careful with our furniture, the walls and the floors). I hope we'll be able to book them again when we bring the remaining furniture over from storage.

Honestly, this was the most professional, efficient mover service I've ever used. My wife and I decided to hire them last minute as we realized that moving our bulky, heavy items would be incredibly hard. Their manager called us after hours, at night to confirm the details, and set the time. Not only did the crew arrive early, they finished in a little more than half the time. They also were kind enough to reorganize the boxes we loaded on the truck ourselves so everything would fit better and there would be better weight distribution. They even took the time to disassemble our bed, wrap our furniture, etc. Really, I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend anyone who needs help moving hire Infantry AZ Movers.
