I added an hour to the 3 hours I originally paid for because they were late and I thought I was charged from my start time. They were only here for 1 1.2 hours. And still took the extra hour I paid for even thought it was needed. I should have only have had to paid for the actual time and services I received. I would’ve been ok paying for the initial 3 hours. But the extra hour should have need refunded. I was never informed that I would be charged the extra hour even though it wasn’t needed The 250.00 was the most expensive tip I have ever paid, so frustrating
