The guys that came out to help were great - they were friendly & kept in contact throughout the day. They moved my furniture out of my apartment quickly. The issues began with loading the truck - while the inside of the truck was not ideal & an older model, it took a while to load everything. When we got to the storage unit, the truck was unloaded quickly, but once again the issues on moving things in came again. They didn’t review the space prior to bringing furniture in & after we had discussed what should go in first, other furniture was brought in instead & then had to be shuffled. Some items seem to have gotten some cosmetic damage in the process as well. When my bed was being delivered to the house, the bedframe was not properly in place & then had the heavy drawers on top, causing part of the frame to break. I think moving the mattress on the floor or angling the frame would’ve prevented this. I was disappointed in the lack of efficiency of packing.Blankets not utilized properly

Hands down BEST moving company I have ever used!! They were on time, courteous, and very considerate and careful with my things. Moving is very expensive, especially when you’re on a budget. Kyle and TJ put me totally at ease for my move. They were completely dialed into the job at hand. Always with a reassuring nod and a happy smile.
