They arrived on time in Sierra Vista. They loaded the uhaul efficiently as nothing but a small planter pot was broken when we arrived at our destination.

They communicated a week prior to set a time. They also called the night prior as a reminder. They showed up on time and were professional, kind, helpful, and finished unloading quickly. Would recommend them to any military movers who are new to the area and need help.

I had a very bad experience with Top Notch Moving Services LLC in Sierra Vista AZ. Their scheduled arrival time was between 11;00 and 11;30 a.m. They did not arrive until 3;00 p.m. During that time I was loading boxes onto the 26 feet U-Haul truck because I did not receive any delay notifications from them. I called their office twice (11;49 a.m. and 12;27 p.m.) and left messages on an answering machine. I finally received a call at 1;16 p.m. I was told the helpers would be at my house in 30 min. They arrived at 3;05 p.m. By this time I had loaded approximately 25 to 30 percent of the truck with boxes. It was very tiring since I am 70 years old. The workers loaded the remainder of the furniture in 2 and a half hours. I was charged $480 for two helpers for four hours through the moving help reservation. I asked for a refund and have not received it. I would not recommend Top Notch Moving Services.
