I had a pleasant experience with POG. They gave me a 24 hour courtesy call to confirm my move and called me the morning of letting me know what time they were arriving. Both movers were very gentle with my items and even wrapped items that they thought needed extra care. I would definitely use them again!

The communication with Lacie at POG was ok. I asked her to please call and not text me, as I prefer customer service over the phone vs. texting. The three helpers were supposed to arrive between 7am and 8am. They arrived at 8.40am, so were late. I had left a message to let POG Movers know this. No return call from POG to say they on their way or running late, but I did eventually get a call from the team lead, one of the helpers, saying there were behind on schedule. The three helpers were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. They did a great job and were cognizant of the walls when moving in our furniture and my treadmill. Overall we were happy as the job got done in a professional manner. Thank you to the helpers. Awesome job. Gave all three helpers a cash tip.
