Moved into a new built home and needed help unloading a moving truck. We hired movers for 5pm, but they didn’t show up until 8pm. Called them at 530 asking where they were and they thought we wanted them to come at 6pm and that the job they are at was running late, but that they’ll definitely be here by 7pm. They called me at 7pm asking if they could come at 8am the next day because we lived 1 hour away from where they were. But we needed to return the moving truck at 9am the next day, so they said they’ll come unload it. They arrived past 8pm and started unloading the truck, they were rushing to unload the truck because they were late. While they were rushing they ended up chipping walls, smudging walls going up the stairs, chipped the door frame, and there are dirty hand prints on doors and walls. This home is a new built, we moved in the same day they came to unload the truck, and there was nothing in the home before they moved the items in. I would not recommend this company.
