There was only one mover that could adequately lift the piano. The moving company should have supplied two strong movers to do this job. I am very disappointed paying extra for being supplied with the wrong personnel

This whole experience was 5 star plus. The helpers were on time, polite, thorough and they worked with a purpose. The packed like Tetris masters and worked like furies. I can't overstate how pleased I was with their professionalism and performance. If I could give more stars I would.
