My experience was amazing. Communication with Ruben was easy, and he was understanding when I had to change the time twice! Easton and Bailey were on time and finished on time. My furniture is all in good shape, just as it was in my old house.

The movers that were sent to me by this company didn’t seem to have much, if any experience moving. The only communication beforehand was to ask what time to be there. No suggestion for if we needed more help for the size of our move. The kids completely ruined my desk and the doorframe of a bedroom while moving it. The job took 4.5 hours longer than expected due to poor packing of the truck. When I asked about management so I could seek a solution about the damages they told me ‘Our boss is on vacation and told us not to bother him’Tried calling and texting management informing them about damages but that was ignored. Then later got a text from him asking for payment for the extra hours. I don’t expect I’m going to be reimbursed for the desk and I doubt this company is even legit. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I’ve moved with U-Haul helpers three times and this is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had.

The guys did an excellent job and especially in 116 F, they worked non stop and completed the move efficiently. Everything was handled carefully and I would 100 percent recommend them to everyone.
