The unloader and delivery person Jerry was great. Uhaul employees, Tom, Mary and Amber and constantly mixing up my information. They all said and know I paid for the unload and delivery, they all said that it was released to the unloader, but now just like it took days for the uhaul employees to get me the unloader service, or do anything. they now put the bill back my account for the unloading. It''s insane overall except for Jerry.
