We found the move went very smoothly UNTIL the truck was loaded and the movers left to go to our new house and they somehow ended up at a wrong location 20 minutes away than our new house, which was just 5 minutes away! We had hired them to pack and unpack. They did not unpack and left us with a full truck and the need to find someone else to unpack. Somewhere communication was not good on what our needs were.
