Jason and Jake were very kind, efficient, and careful when moving my belongings. I could not have asked for a better moving team! With that said, this is in stark contrast to how I experienced the company at large. The company was hard to communicate with leading up to the move, and on one instance, I ended up speaking with the owner or manager, not sure which. He was terribly rude and unprofessional. He near shouted at me over the phone for a uhaul policy that had nothing to do with me as a customer. I dreaded the move every day leading up to it and even spoke with uhaul, who encouraged me to change moving companies. I am lucky that despite the horrible experiences leading up to moving day, the individual movers that were sent out to help me were wonderful.
