I'm a bit disappointed seeing as though we helped move the items downstairs so it would be convenient for the movers. They arrived 45 minutes late. They did not move the TV that was boxed and ready, and a refrigerator that was listed as the major items. I'm taken back by the demand of paying an extra hour after moving my now broken fouton (bottom wood frame is split in two). The male mover was not professional, cursing at his partner and trying to force my $8000.00 couch through the front door while unloading, versus listening to his partner and taking it through the backyard gate to the sliding door in front of the living room. In all I will think twice recommending this service to anyone moving forward. I would also like to be reimbursed for either the extra hour or the cost of the futon. This is absolutely egregious and disappointing.

This company sent 3 unloaders instead of 4, which we agreed upon by text once the job commenced. However, they also finished early. When I contacted AZ Movers to discuss a credit back for the 4th person, they first told me I had to contact U-Haul moving help directly, which I did. Moving Help told me I had to contact AZ Movers since they had already been paid. I’ve been unable to reach AZ Movers since, so have disputed the amount with my credit card company. Not a great experience during an already stressful move. The unloaders were helpful and had good attitudes, so not their fault.
