The moving team arrived on time and worked very hard in extreme heat. We appreciate their efforts very much, and we regret the poor working conditions they were exposed to that day. That said, we were not happy with the level of experience of the movers or the end results of the loading job. The trucks were not loaded very efficiently or carefully, and many items of furniture were damaged during the move, despite the fact that we had provided more than enough blankets and shrink wrap.

The lead mover named Elijah showed up ready to rock. He had his helpers on the move the whole time. They got my one bedroom apartment packed up moved 30 minutes away and unpacked in less than 3 hours. Super friendly and professional with a get it done attitude is what I found from Elijah and his crew. I gave them a cash tip at the end of the move because they earned it getting it done fast while sweating it out here in the Phoenix summer
