There were issues right from the get go when the crew had no idea how to install the truck ramp. I had to show them a video. The ramp did not seat flat on the truck bed due to it being damaged. So they were limited to what they could unload. However, for the second day in a row they did not complete the job & demanded the payment code. The trailer measured 28 feet & in 2 days they removed 2 feet of my household and poorly packed a 10’x10’ storage unit that had to be condensed the next day. I was forced to hire another moving company. Some blame falls on the ABF truck driver parking too close to pylons so the doors couldn’t open all the way & dropping off a damaged ramp. I believe they took advantage of the situation to force me to pay them when they never completed the job!

Crew of 2 ( however clearly only one was doing the majority of the work while the other was taking his time). Necessitated an extra hour over. Lazier worker had no attention to detail. Would not use again

Two young men showed up ready for work. They looked at what they had to move and wasted no time playing Tetris loading. I was quoted 5 hours by other moving companies; they did it in a little over 2 hours.
