This company owner is a horrible person and he could care less about your property!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This guy send inexperienced people to your home to pack a truck. I have moved multiple times with televisions that have traveled from Florida to California and back without being broken. On October 19th he sent two boys to my home and only 1 of them claimed to have moving help. He put the heavy items in the back and decided to put all the mattresses in the back of the truck. When he saw we had 5 televisions he placed the televisions in between the mattresses. He then put a mattress on top of the mattress and televisions and got on top of it to fill in more boxes. When we got to our destination all 5 of these televisions were folded in half, crushed, cracked, and scratched to the point none work now. When I filed the claim this owner by the name of Chris basically said well if you don't have the television boxes we can't guarantee your televisions will make it. Really?

I have hired this company several times, but no more, horribly managed with zero communication. After booking the order, waiting several days, and receiving no contact, I had to contact the company to confirm the move 48 hours prior, which they confirmed. Then they called me at 830pm the night prior to once again confirm the move. Then the next day, the morning of the move, no one showed up for over an hour past the 'confirmed' time frame, with no communication. I called again and they sent people over - 3 instead of 2, a miscommunication with the movers. So the manager failed to communicate with me, and failed to communicate with the movers (who were fine). I will never use this company again.

Very nice guys! Finished the job in the alotted time frame and were on time. My only issues with the communication is that my reservation wasn’t confirmed by the company. I had to reach out to them. The movers weren’t informed that there was 2 locations involved after I discussed it with the rep but didn’t have any issues doing the job. The truck could have been packed a little better.

Gabe & Brett were fantastic helpers. They arrived on time and were expedient and careful with my belongings. I had 3 other people helping, so the move went fast. Once the first 2-person crew left (friends, not hired), Gabe & Brett finished up with my brother to help put items in place. Very professional and I highly recommend.
