The full scope of this company's unsatisfactory work was not seen until we began unpacking the truck. I requested multiple times they use tie-downs (provided by me) when stacking boxes to help prevent boxes from moving during transit. They used one tie-down to help hold a mattress in place. They did not pay attention to what was written on the boxes as we found multiple Heavy Boxes stacked on top of Fragile boxes of china and crystal. Multiple boxes were crushed, and several items moved in excessive amounts during transit. This company would do well with someone directing their work throughout to ensure appropriate packing is done. Overall, extremely disappointed with how the truck was loaded, and we were fortunate to not have any items broken during our move.
