Helpers were two small inexperienced international students who did not pay attention preventing scratches and bumps to furniture. Many pieces were scratched and the new hardwood floors were also scratched by the helpers. Would have preferred taking a little more time to avoid damage. I do not think the students were strong enough for the task.

Hired for move in, had to pay for an extra hour to complete the move compared to the other company I hired for move out that took 1.5 hours. Movers were fine, dragged a lot of my furniture across the floor and bumped into the apartment hallway walls frequently. Had to do a decent amount myself in order for the move to not take 4 hours.
