ZERO STARS 1,000 characters not enough! RED FLAG This company does NOT carry INSURANCE! If there is damage, they DENY everything! There is no way to recoup your money from them except an insurance claim from home insurance. My minibike is not covered due to it being motorized. It all started when I had them send a rep. to see what I had to move, and get an accurate take if my 26' truck was adequate. I could have added a trailer for extra room. The rep. saw everything and said it would all fit but it would be full and would take approx. 3 to 4 hours he said I wouldn't need the trailer. When the boys showed up, they did not speak English very well. They were shown everything I had, and were told what was priority. They were shown all the supplies for protecting my items. I also told them to let me know if they needed anything, I also said do not steal anything from me, they agreed. I also had extra supplies if req.. They did not listen, 4500 in damages and the owner lies! WARN U
