We were to originally meet at 10 but due to their circumstances they arrived on-site at 1pm, however, that worked to my advantage as I needed help with large item which they did fantastic and made it so I achieved what was needed of them in those few hours. They did want a 15 minute break after 45 minutes.

I booked movers for 3 hours at 11AM, and did not show. I had to call them at 230PM and they said that the movers were already there. Clearly they were not. They sent 2 others movers from a different company at 530 PM for an hour, and claim they were there for 2.5 hours. Still trying to get some of my money back as I am only going to pay for the services provided. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Save yourself the hassle and never, ever hire this moving company for anything.

The helpers were fantastic, very respectful and took really good care of our things. Even took a door off the hinges to get a desk into a room. I am very impressed and highly recommended this company.

The movers were courteous and took good care of items during loading. They were also accommodating to work another hour as the move took longer than first anticipated.

I hired the movers for an unloading and my schedule was a bit tricky but the communication to get everything underway was very good. The movers were very polite, professional and careful with my belongings. I wouldn't hesitate to call for my next move.
