Communication was excellent and I really appreciated how they were able to get to my place sooner than expected. The movers were friendly and helpful when loading at my house. However, unloading at my storage unit was not as efficient as I had expected and they kept loading the moving carts in a way that had items falling off. This resulted in some (fixable) damage to one of my items. Considering that they were able to get to me quickly, I’m grateful for their help in the face of my lack of planning, but I probably won’t use the service again.

Very happy with Moving Help. Excellent service, great communication, competitive pricing, and the guys who came to help were really good. They were genuinely interested in helping, took care of our belongings, and took great care of giving us the best help possible. This was probably my easiest move so far, owing to the help I got. Felt like a breeze! I highly recommend these guys, and would be glad to contact them the next time I need to.

I was disappointed with the two movers we hired to help load the truck. They rushed to do everything as quickly as possible, as such caused quite a bit of damage to some of our heavier items as they dropped them. Even banged and dragged furniture across the ground. The next day I had excellent movers that just highlight how bad the first two were, I went from disappointed to outright mad. I also found it highly suspicious they not submit the order code until days later, I suspect so that I would forget to give this critical review. The other movers submitted the order code immediately upon job completion and they got a glowing review.

Communication in setting up the job details was good. On the morning of the job the crew arrived on time. Their work was decent, although they were noticeably out worked by my two young-adult children.
