Nate communicated early to confirm the order, and communicated closer to the date to confirm the details. Nate delivered the uboxes and unloaded for us. We live on the 3rd floor - and they did a great job to quickly and safely carry all our stuff for us. They handled everything with care, asked us where things to go if they had questions, and were super nice throughout the experience. They saved us so much time. I am very happy with the service, would use them again, and would recommend them to others!

I had another company cancel on me with less than 24 hours notice. Nate and GetRelocate took my last minute order and went above and beyond. I seriously could not recommend them more. Nate was communicative and helped me understand U-Haul's policies and requirements. If you are trying to decide, pick this company.
