Did not pack the truck efficiently. Had to leave tons of furniture behind. Tipped $30 and they guilted us into tipping more, even though they even commented on how easy our move was (no heavy items, not a lot of stuff). Didn't complete full 2 hours that I paid for. Were checking their phones and watching Instagram reels constantly.

The company responded immediately to my order! This was highly professional and appreciated. We agreed to a 1pm arrival and they arrived on time! Both Nick and Francis were incredibly helpful and experts in moving. They knew how to carefully move furniture as to not break the legs or other sensitive parts of the furniture piece. Both had wonderful personalities and often shared pleasant humor with me. Having them work here and move and organize the items I needed was a delight. Great help and we accomplished all I wanted done and more! Tips were already provided.

Nick and Marcus were outstanding! They arrived on time with great attitudes. They worked magic at loading all my items on the truck, making sure things were protected and secure. Unloading at my storage unit, they listened to my goals and moved items in the best order to maximize my space. Throughout the process they were friendly and efficient. I would happily work with them again!!
