The organization of the storage unit that they loaded my truck into was not up to par. They almost didn't get all my belongings into the unit which was plenty big enough for that truck. It took my dad stepping in to help part way thru to ensure the boxes were stacked properly and high enough.

The 2 guys that helped me for 4 hours to unolad our 6x12' trailer and 26' uHaul were the best moving help I've had. I will use them again when needed. The owner contacted me right away to get things squared away and on fairly short notice. Thank you guys!

There was some confusion when I received a early text message from CheckMate, as I didn’t recognize the number and thought it was spam because they didn’t identify themselves. I called later and realized the miscommunication and Travis worked on getting me a couple of crew members to help with the unloading even though it was such short notice. I greatly appreciate the efforts placed by CheckMate to communicate and get some extra help.
