The only positive things we can say about these movers were quick response time when scheduling the move, and movers arrived on time. The first problem was they did not bring a dolly, and we had many boxes that needed to be unloaded from the truck. So the 2 guys were bringing in one box at a time. One of the men sat down quite a bit and rested, saying he really drank too much last night, his mistake. He would sit for 5-10 minutes each time. The 2 men also would stop working entirely, and stand in or near the truck talking about games, previous moves, pool tables, etc. This unloading job should have been done in the 2 hours we ordered; however, with the resting, chit-chat, and lack of dolly the job took an extra 40 minutes. The company called and demanded to be paid an extra hour. We tried to explain why the time went over but were strongly told we had to pay. After an extremely stressful move and very long drive, we ended up paying the extra hour as we had no energy left to argue

TJ and his guys are amazing!!! TJ contacted me to confirm the times for the job right away. The guys showed up to help me load up the truck right on time. They were really nice and worked quickly. Definitely would use them again!
