This dude is an absolute swindler. Kept changing the meet time at the last second, then didn't show up at all and sent his brother and some kid- not professional movers, who broke multiple items, ignored all instructions, didn't bother unloading any of the large items they were specifically hired to move, and left us with the truck more than half full and not even tied down. Worst of all? We got charged extra because they're on camera URINATING on someone else's storage unit door!!! When I told the owner all this, he said he would make it right...then, after not showing up yet again, tried to intimidate us into paying to hire him again. Why would we pay twice for someone who never showed up the first time? Upon asking for a refund, he has ghosted. Should be zero stars, and if we don't get an answer, will become legal action.
