They were very professional and wrapped everything. They must be great at puzzles, because they neatly fit everything and when I opened the truck nearly 500 miles later, it was all in the same place.

Unfortunately, my experience with this moving service was disappointing. One of the movers, Marcus, used inappropriate language in Spanish on the job, even referring to the customer's belongings in a disrespectful way, which the customer also noticed. In addition to this, Marcus argued with me, insisting that I wasn’t doing enough work myself, which was frustrating since I specifically hired help to handle the heavy lifting. He also claimed that the one hour he worked should be counted as two, and his overall attitude was rushed and unprofessional. While the team worked hard, the lack of professionalism and poor work ethic overshadowed their efforts. This experience left me questioning whether there are underlying issues affecting how some employees interact with customers and colleagues.
