Tony kept in touch very well, which I greatly appreciate. He and his coworker showed up on time, looked at what they had to do and jumped into loading everything into the truck. The challenge for them was limited elevator access which extended their time by an hour. Tony kept me informed as they progressed that they would likely exceed the original estimate. They were professional, efficient and courteous in all they did while ensuring that nothing was broken or damaged. Would definitely recommend this team.

Communication was on time. Delay in the start time was communicated effectively. One person was experienced, the other seemed to be waiting for instructions from the experienced person, which lead to some inefficiency. They seemed slower than the movers I had hired in the past. Hired for 3 hours and was expecting to extend 1 hour if needed. But had to extend for 2 hours. They took 2-3 breaks which is understandable. However, were very slow. We had to bring in all the lighter stuff inside ourselves once they unloaded the truck and put them in the common area. If we hadn't brought in the lighter stuff in ourselves, it might have taken one more hour.
