BEWARE of 4.5 Stars. Very misleading. Movers were late even though the agreed upon time was confirmed 3 times on separate occasions. 3 weeks prior, 1 week prior, and they day before the move. I had to initiate contact every time. Movers were 1 hour and 40 minutes late, we were scared they wearn't going to show up so we started to move ourselves since we were on a strict timeline. Had no equipment, I had to provide them with it. Broke 2 legs off our cabinet, acted like it was nothing, not even a sorry. We still tipped them because we felt bad that they were carrying stuff but still the whole experience was pretty stressful due to lack of punctuality.

I had read reviews about the company showing up late. I was concerned about this, but I thought if I booked in the morning that I would be safe. A week before, I scheduled for 9 am. At 845 am the day of, they texted and said they would be 2 hours late because another job was going late. At 1045, they called and said they were on the way. I started moving my stuff myself when they called, because my move was time sensitive. At 1145, the first person showed up. At 1150, the next person showed up. It took them 45 minutes to finish the job. They were nice. They did not have supplies to help with loaded or packing. They did a pretty good job loading the truck. A few of my items had light damage from the loading.

Joe was amazing! We couldn't have made our move happen without him. He was friendly, professional, communicative, and an absolute superstar mover. I was amazed at how much he was able to move and how quickly. Thank you Joe and team!

Communication was a little spotty and inconsistent prior to the move, but the company was able to adjust when I needed to change the time from what was originally scheduled which was very helpful. The movers were on time, very professional, and all of my stuff got to my new place undamaged. I have used hourly movers a few times before and these were the best movers I had.
