Jennifer contacted me immediately to schedule the move and went above and beyond assisting me when our family friends could no longer assist with loading. We were able to adjust the reservation (delivery + loading) the DAY before the move, this was a huge lifesaver. Not to mention, I was amidst traveling and Jennifer still stayed in contact during my layovers and thereafter. Mike and Brody were our movers and packed the U-Box full and well. They were very kind, professional, and got everything we wanted packed away. Also, the price didn’t break my wallet compared to other movers I’ve had. At first glance, I was going to book with another company with more reviews but Thunder Moving Company became a lifesaver for us in such a time of need. Highly, highly recommend their superb service!
