This was the absolute worst movers I have had in my life. Some of you may have had other people from the company, but they did not send the professionals to me. The only positive was that they showed up on time and did communicate prior to the move. While Chris tried there is only so much one person can do on his own. James complained the entire time and my husband and I had to step in to do what should have been done all by themselves. I was also told I had solid wood furniture so that was a problem?! I had 2 movers move my furniture before no complaints, no damage. They are in the wrong business. I never received a follow up call to apologize for all the damage that was done or even offer to pay for some of the damages. They do not answer my calls. They cannot handle furniture or appliances and don’t do things the smart way. His company has amateurs. Cannot get Safeload coverage from U-Haul so that should have been a red flag. Beware your house will be damaged.
