Richard was phenomenal on my moving day! When everything went off track because my storage pod wasn’t delivered as expected, Richard showed incredible understanding and flexibility. He returned to the property when the pod finally arrived and tackled the job solo (since his moving helper was no longer available due to the delay). Despite the challenges, Richard remained super positive and helpful, unloading everything into my new apartment quickly and efficiently. He truly saved my move-in day! I can’t recommend him highly enough-reliable, resourceful, and a pleasure to work with!
