Ready to Move

When they first showed up, I told them of several items that needed to be wrapped, and to be sure they went, especially an heirloom mirror. After everything was loaded, we did a final walk-through, and there was the mirror still leaning in the same spot. Only this time they told me there was no room and they couldn’t fit it. In addition to the mirror, there was about a dozen items that they told me needed to stay and they had no room. This was odd because I use the same 26 foot truck to move into the home and I was moving with less items. The Labor team that unloaded the truck said there was the worst they’ve ever seen. There was so much damage. Nothing was secure. Everything was just thrown on top of things. My leather chairs were just thrown upside down. There were gouges on my office desk on my kitchen table and many many items were damaged.

Not the most professional movers - on phone, communication during the move could have been better. They had their ladies in car waiting on them and our wood floor in one room was scraped pretty badly in a few areas from pushing furniture and not picking it up. Gave them a tip onsite not via app.

One of the movers tried moving a bed frame without help and damaged the piece. I tried reaching out to the manager-owner via text and have not received a response. I even tipped them for their work. I just wish for communication and a response and some sort of communication and reimbursement for the damage the guy caused.

Started off well with communication. Slow movers. Terrible experience. Then after the move I called, emailed and texted owner to resolve before wanting to leave a review. No response or contact. Would not hire this company again. I have movinghelp thru uhaul at least 5 times in last 10 years. They were by far the worst.

I had a very fragile large curved glass curio cabinet. I provided blankets and stretch wrap they did the rest was relocated and had no breakage or issues
