I DO NOT know how you have great reviews. Mind blown! Your contractual obligation was to Pack load and unload. Enduring my injury, I did 90 PERCENT of the packing. And can count on one hand how many boxes your team packed. Given that my entire space was colored coded with directions I shouldn't have had to keep repeating myself on what needed to be done as though they'd never moved a home before. Only one of your workers did the loading. The other one with the ripped up shirt that looked like a homeless zombie movie extra, who left early should get not a dime. And you incriminating the job by asking if your movers would work for free instead of telling them to do their job professionally is deplorable. The mover who stayed was rewarded graciously. But you sir! You're the worst kind of business owner that doesn't care about your customers and you are a hustler and a crook.

They were late to the job so I got a late start. I added a 3rd helped to speed it up but he had a gimpy leg and arrived an hour late. Waste of time and money then Dave wanted to charge me extra than the extra I already paid. I’m going to counter him for my lost time. Fernando and Ivan were great. The third guy was useless.

Called to confirm quickly. Both guys showed up on time, were kind and communicative, and even asked if there was anything else they could do since they finished in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.
