Good overall. Brand new refrigerator got scratches during the move, a few items broke, not a big deal. Not sure how I feel about taking breaks when your paying for moving, but hey this is California. Guys had good attitudes, professional when it came to loading and unloading, I was going to tip them off the books, but they automatically charged me an extra hour. Overall, good, would I recommend, sure.

The movers were patient waiting for me to show up. Then they were able to move everything in 2 hours. I was very happy. They even loaded everything in the smaller uhaul I rented because I couldn't drive a bigger one. Very pleased. Mitch and John were great.

After breaking open a set of drawers and then walking all over the contents, my husband was kind enough to pick up our things. A general poor attitude from the older gentleman, he won't do this, he hates that, then why does he have this job? I didn't appreciate our new location being talked about so slanderous. Loud spitting over the patio. Watched them drop and throw boxes. Even had a little ride on our electric bike. So unprofessional all the way around.
