We had two moves one day apart with the same movers. Arrival was more on-time this time, probably because we were the first of the day. Our couch was attempted to be thrown from our balcony window, despite us emphasizing that it was brought into the apartment initially from the front door but after scraping our ceiling, one of the movers insisted it be done by the balcony. He ended up being overly confident and it went into our neighbors balcony, having to disturb them early on a Saturday morning so the movers can enter their home and get the couch. The younger mover was really wonderful, hard working and caring, despite the more experienced mover telling him 'go ahead and f up the floor' when trying to put the couch in our garage. We felt a bit misled by the high reviews but still giving 4 stars because not trying to ruin this business, as the owner seems like he truly does care.

Overall decent service (feel like you can never set your expectations too high with movers) but some rather frustrating moments. The movers reached out to me 5 minutes after scheduled arrival time saying they’ll be at the storage unit very soon, didn’t arrive for over an hour later. After loading our truck they showed up to the home-unloading address way after us even though we left after them and were driving a U-Haul. They definitely loved using time to take smoke breaks. The newer guy Kenny was extremely kind and Mitch was good at loading and clearly had experience but could definitely go without his comments.

I recently used Perfect Solutions Moving Company for a move and I can honestly say it was the best moving experience I have ever had. Peter, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with. Every time I had a change or a last minute issue, he handled it without hesitation. His response was always (You got it, it’s a deal, we’re gonna make it happen for you, we’re here for you) That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The movers themselves, Mitch and Kenny, were just as fantastic. They were not only efficient and careful with my belongings, but they were also extremely polite and thoughtful. They literally picked up my cell phone I had forgotten while picking up my truck and brought it to me on their way to do my move! Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. From the way they packed everything to how quickly and carefully they worked, the whole experience was top notch. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Their way of packing does not work in the end in the u haul truck. We had to spend additional hour to secure the top boxes with ratchet. After we reached to destination, we realized there are couple of boxes of liquid which required to stay up and we're clearly marked on the box. But those boxes didn't stay up, which caused leakage in the end. Some delicate boxes, we requested to be put on top of other boxes in u haul, those request was not fulfilled. Two of these boxes were damaged in the end I believe they can do a really good job, I hope my experience could be better.
