Jay went out of his way to move some things around in his schedule on a day when he was already pretty booked. That made me feel like he really values his customers and wants to accommodate as best he can. I really thought I was in trouble that day but he came through and helped me move my heavier items quickly and carefully. He was friendly and very communicative. I would definitely hire him if I ever had to move again.
