I recently used Perfect Solutions Moving Company for a move and I can honestly say it was the best moving experience I have ever had. Peter, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with. Every time I had a change or a last minute issue, he handled it without hesitation. His response was always (You got it, it’s a deal, we’re gonna make it happen for you, we’re here for you) That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The movers themselves, Mitch and Kenny, were just as fantastic. They were not only efficient and careful with my belongings, but they were also extremely polite and thoughtful. They literally picked up my cell phone I had forgotten while picking up my truck and brought it to me on their way to do my move! Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. From the way they packed everything to how quickly and carefully they worked, the whole experience was top notch. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Their way of packing does not work in the end in the u haul truck. We had to spend additional hour to secure the top boxes with ratchet. After we reached to destination, we realized there are couple of boxes of liquid which required to stay up and we're clearly marked on the box. But those boxes didn't stay up, which caused leakage in the end. Some delicate boxes, we requested to be put on top of other boxes in u haul, those request was not fulfilled. Two of these boxes were damaged in the end I believe they can do a really good job, I hope my experience could be better.

I recently hired A Perfect Solution for my move, and it was a disastrous experience. Not only did they damage my expensive dining set, but their response to the situation has been unprofessional, dishonest, and downright infuriating. Damage and Denial. They broke the leg of my table and a chair, rendering the entire set unusable. Instead of taking responsibility, they resorted to blaming me, making false accusations about me opening the truck before they arrived. Unprofessional Communication. The owner, Peter, has been rude, evasive, and even hung up on me when I tried to discuss the issue. His responses on the Moving Help platform are filled with lies and attempts to deflect blame. Zero Customer Service. It has been over a month, and I still have not received any resolution or even an apology. They took the broken table leg, promising to look for repairs, but I have heard nothing since. I strongly advise against hiring A Perfect Solution. Unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional.
